Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a humanistic, evidence-based approach to psychotherapy, drawing primarily from attachment theory to facilitate the creation of secure, vibrant connection with self and others. I have completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy as well as Gottman Level 1 and IFS-Informed Couples Therapy.
All services are provided via a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform, which allows you to access quality care from the security and comfort of your own home or office.

*Accessibility- Overcomes barriers like distance, transportation, childcare, and mobility issues.
