individual therapy insurance & fees

Your insurance company may cover mental health therapy. I bill insurance as a courtesy to you. I require clients to provide me with their insurance card, necessary information to bill insurance, and a credit card on file before confirming your appointment. 

Clients are responsible for contacting their insurance company to verify coverage, benefits, and co-payment and deductible amounts, if applicable. 

In the event of insurance non-payment, clients are responsible for the cost of the session. 

I am in network with the following insurance companies:

Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, & United

New Mexico 

Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Presbyterian, NM Turquoise Care /Medicaid (BCBS and Pres), & United

Individual Self-Pay: $135 per 50 minute session 

I also work with Employee Assistance Programs, including Lyra, in which the employer covers a certain number of sessions. Eligible employers include:

When I reserve time for your Intensive, I reserve the entire day for working with you. I charge a daily rate of $900/day. The half day rate is $450.  A 50% deposit will be required to confirm your Intensive reservation, and the remaining 50% will be paid on the last day of the Intensive.

Deferred  payment plan options are available through Ivy Pay   This can be discussed further during your free Intake Consultation 

If something changes and you are unable to attend your Intensive, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. Rescheduling will not affect your deposit if the request to reschedule is made  more than 30 days before your scheduled Intensive. If you need to cancel your Intensive entirely, any deposit money already paid will be returned minus a $50 scheduling fee if the cancellation is made  more than 30 days before your scheduled Intensive. Deposits are  non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the scheduled Intensive.
